Leviticus 27:28-30

²⁸ ‘But nothing that a man sets apart to the Lord of all he has, of man or animal or his own land, will be sold or bought. Everything that has been set apart is most holy to the Lord. ²⁹ No person who has been set apart to be destroyed from among men can be paid for. He must be put to death.

³⁰ ‘The tenth part of all the land, of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord’s. It is holy to the Lord.
